It’s a Trilogy on Professional Boundaries
New practice standards on Preventing Sexual Misconduct and Professional Boundaries are now posted. Although each set of standards is designed to ‘stand-alone’, these new standards are intentionally designed to work in tandem with the Conflict of Interest Practice Standards published in 2016. This approach was taken given that conflicts of interest and sexual misconduct represent specific high-risk examples of professional boundary issues.
