COTBC’s 2020 AGM will be held Friday, November 6, 2020, 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Due to the current pandemic situation and in the interest of safety, this year’s AGM will be conducted virtually, via Zoom. Given the online format, participants will be able to observe the proceedings, and listen, but will not be able to talk directly to the presenters during the meeting itself.
Your questions are important to us. If you wish to submit a question to be answered during the AGM, please email it to email@example.com by 5 p.m., October 27 and enter ‘AGM 2020 Question’ in the subject line. Questions will be themed and where possible, answered during a scheduled Q&A portion of the agenda.
Instructions on how to access the meeting, including the link to the Zoom meeting, will be emailed and posted on the COTBC website a few days prior to the AGM.

Save the date: This year, COTBC’s AGM is being held separately from the annual cOnnecT Day, which is co-hosted with CAOT-BC and UBC OS&OT. It will be held virtually on Saturday November 21, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Please mark your calendars and watch for additional communications!
