Occupational Therapists Can Now Administer Naloxone

At 4 pm October 20, 2016 COTBC and other health professional regulatory colleges in BC were alerted by the Ministry of Health that the Health Professions General Regulation was amended to allow for naloxone to be administered, by people not otherwise authorized, when there is a suspected opioid overdose.
